08 Aug What a day for Ireland and Showjumping – Well done Bertram, Cian, Greg and Darragh
Win for Ireland in the AGA KHAN brought tears to many an eye with all the excitement of such fantastic jumping over a very tough course built by our own Alan Wade.
To see an Irish bred horse jump two rounds clear on the Nations Cup team at 9 years of age was such a boost to our breeding section; MHS Going Global and Greg Broderick were the coolest combination jumping and were foot perfect in their jumping rounds. A big thank you to Greg’s Canadian owner who allows Greg to represent his country on her horse.
Cian O’Connors interview on RTE was excellent. Just before this was a documentary on Paul Beecher and Loughnatouse which was informative, entertaining and warm to the viewer, so all in all Friday 7th August was a excellent day for Showjumping in Ireland
