LOUTH COUNTY HORSE AND PONY SHOW WILL BE HELD IN DUNDALK ON SAT & SUN 23RD & 24TH APRIL
Programme Louth County 2016 FOR SHOW
Louth County Horse & Pony Show opens the outdoor season for Showjumping in the Leinster Region where all the riders come to compete in the Horse Breeding classes sponsored by the Breeding section of HSI. It is also the first leg of the National Grand Prix on Saturday, the Leinster Summer Tour and the Premier Grand Prix on Sunday.
Horseware always have a stand at the show with excellent value in riding gear and fashionable jackets. This show is the brainchild of Brendan Murphy, Tom Holden and Mary Mahon & families who put weeks of work into the preparation of the show. They are fortunate to have a fantastic sponsor and owner of the property where it is held each year – Mr Tom Mc Guinness. Horseware play host to the show and are the principle sponsors of the show.
The 1.10 class on Saturday will be part of the young riders(under 25) qualifier for the National Championships at the end of August.
There is excellent Novice classes run each day for horses and ponies and the first leg of the Glencarraig Lady will be held at Louth County.
This show is run for Charity and the committee will appreciate any help you can give them with sponsorship, help on the day or just support – bring along the family and enjoy top class jumping in some of the best surfaces in Ireland.
