Ireland’s oldest Agricultural Show, Iverk Show in Co Kilkenny, will host the penultimate round of the Mervue Equine Leinster Summer Tour this Saturday August 27th.
Francis Connors and Capitol Cruis currently top the leaderboard ahead of John Floody in second and Jennifer Keuhnle in third.
Jennifer Keuhnle holds the lead in the race to win the Karlswood Stables Bursary. Amy O’Rourke and David Costello are joint leaders of the Pro-Am section of the Mervue Equine LST with Lisa O’Sullivan currently in third.
Iverk will feature competitions from 1 metre to 1m35 along with a full range of classes for of ponies and sportsman’s competitions. The Iverk schedule can be viewed online www.iveckshow.ie. or on the SJI website and in the August SJI Bulletin.
Iverk will be followed by the final leg of the Mervue Equine LST at The Breeders Classic in September.
