2019 season starts for our new combinations starting up their careers in Showjumping. Under 9 years will jump 60 cm and under 11 years will jump for points 70cm class.

Glencarraig Lady League Rules 2019

Competition for riders under 9 years on 1st Jan 2019

  • Riding 128cm/138cm
  • 8 fences with no double in each round.
  • 50 points to be gained at each leg of the competition
  • 250 to jump in the final which will be held in Barnadown on August Bank Holiday week end
    Points -10 for attending, 10 for finishing first round, 10 for finish second round, 10 for clear and 10 more for 2nd clear round.=50points
  • Rider may compete on temporary tickets BUT NOT IN THE FINAL.  Points will be taken from these tickets.
  • Height 60cm.

Competition for riders under 11 years on 1st Jan 2019 riding 128cm/138cm

  • 8 fences with no double
  • 50 points to be gained at each leg of the competition
  • 250 to jump in the final which will be held in Barnadown on August Bank Holiday week end
    Points -10 for attending, 10 for finishing first round, 10 for finish second round, 10 for clear and 10 more for 2nd clear round.=50points

Rules for the  Glencarraig Lady League 2019 –Under 9 years Final

  • Height – 70cm
  • Rider/pony start the competition with 0 points
    Run under Art 238.2.2.
  • First round 8 fences with one double with a “very wide time allowed”
  • Jump off against the clock.
  • Prizes 1st– 6th
  • Rug with “under 9 winner” on it+ Rosette+ Carnation+Trophy+ Jacket for winner.
  • 2nd– 6th Rug +Rosette+carnation+Trophy
  • All other Finalists get a rosette and medal.

Glencarraig Lady League Rules 2019 – Under 11 years Final

  • Height –80cm
    Final will be jumped off against the clock.
    Run under Art 238.2.2.
    First round 8 fences with one double with a “very wide time allowed”
    Prizes 1st– 6th
    Rug with “under 11 years winner” on it+ Rosette+ Carnation+Trophy+ Jacket for winner.
    2nd– 6th Rug +Rosette+Carnation+Trophy
    All other Finalists get a rosette and medal.
