On Saturday, Laoise rider Gillian Blanche (A) and Bellegrove Prima Donna were crowned Amateur RDS Champion. Blanche (A) left nothing to chance with Bellegrove Prima Donna and a daring gallop to the last saw her record the winning time of 42.07. Kilkenny’s Marie Hartley took second place with Nikita Van Het Heidenhof when she galloped home in 42.27 tTaking third place was Wicklow rider Aine Dagg when she delivered a clear in Rock View Flight in a time of 43.92 seconds. Carlow’s Leonie Dunne (A) rider took fifth place with Cavalino 26 when she had four faults in 39.10, ahead of Dublin’s Paul Carroll and Kabran De Reve Z, four faults in 41.52.
