Well done to Leinster riders who competed today in the Coolmore Pony Premier today at Banner Equestrian. Ruben Foley is proving to be unstoppable as he took another win in the 128cm. Riding The Silver Legend he galloped home clear in 28.18. The Carlow rider also took second place with Bella, when he put in another foot perfect round in 28.65. Kilkenny’s Robbie Sheehan and Ravara Mohawk, took fifth place when they came home clear in 30.27.It was a well worth trip for the Sheehan family from Kilkenny as Isobel led the victory lap in the 138cm division. Riding Bay Times she was fastest of just two double clears of the class in 29.40. Slotting into fifth was Leon Van Cauwenberge (L) and Quantum Midnight Gypsy, carrying four faults in 34.60.In the 148cm, Athlone’s James Derwin took the runner-up place with Cul Ban Mistress, clear in 28.72. Kilkenny’s Patrick Fleming and Hello Nobel Lady took third, when clear in 29.55. Wexford’s Maisie Adams was also in the ribbons taking fifth with Lexius “E” Van Het Juxschot, crossing the line clear in 31.72, ahead of Kildare’s Anna White and Red Star Optimus in 33.27.
