It was another good weekend for Leinster riders in the TRM Showjumpers Spring Tour. John Floody claimed three of the TRM Showjumpers Spring Tour League yesterday in the round in the Meadows. The Meath rider claimed victory with Accidental Diamond, when he crossed the line clear in 41.59 seconds. Owned by Kathryn Magennis and bred by John Kearny, Accidental Diamond is a 10-year-old gelding by Diamond Roller.
He also took third place with the Clare Craig owned HTS Carnanbreagha when he delivered another clear 44.30. He also took fourth place aboard Donevan Erkindale in 44.31. Owned by Kevin and the late Geralyn Thompson, Donevan Erkindale is a 14-year-old gelding by Unaniem and out of the Faust Z sired dam, Mirthe.
On Sunday in the TRM Showjumpers Spring tour in Killossery, best of the Leinster riders was Michelle Kenny and Kingdom Come, clear in 44.26 for fourth place.Slotting into fifth place was Jamie Garland and Zedlepplin, when they kept all the poles in place in 46.17. David O’ Connor slotted the Barry O’ Connor owned Domino van de Valhoeve into sixth place,crossing the line clear in 46.19.
