Leinster riders in the ribbons in the TRM Showjumpers Spring Tour at Broadmeadows.Meath rider Paul Carberry and Brandonview First Edition were fractions of a second behind the winner Lee Carey in a time of 33.90 for second. Wexford’s Michelle Kenny was back in the ribbons for the second week, claiming third with Kingdom Come when they crossed the line in a time of 34.49. Placed fourth in Cavan the week before, Dublin rider Savannah Marshall repeated this performance, taking fourth with Flambeau, in 45.52. Winner of last week’s round in Cavan, Wexford’s Jackilynn Breslin added to her points tally, as she slotted into sixth place with Castlefield Miss, when coming home with a clean sheet in 37.67. Last of the double clears was Wexford native Patrick Byrne and Ballyorney Storm Boy in a time of 38.44 for seventh.
