17 May Leinster Riders Shine in Balmoral with wins in the pony, international and young horse arenas.
In the Balmoral U10 Championship, Leinster Riders were well represented at the U10 Balmoral All Ireland Championship with 8 combinations representing the Leinster region. A huge well done to Lucy Kent & Grantstown Snoopy who posted a time 37.67 to take first prize ahead of Claudia O’Neil on sparkles in the rain who posted 37.87 in the jump off. Best of luck to all our u10 riders who will now make the journey to ard chuain for the Hive Insurance premier on Saturday 21st of May.
Carlow’s Jason Foley took the honours in the International Accumulator. Riding Cnoc Rua Chinook, he put the maximum points of 65 on the board in a time of 53.54.Althlone’s Francis Derwin added to his record when he took the win in the Spillers 6 &7 year-old Championship.
