Wexford’s Jackilynn Breslin came out on top today in the TRM Showjumpers Club Spring Tour in Cavan Equestrian Centre. Riding Jim O’ Neill’s Castlefield Cass, she claimed victory after delivering a double clear in 30.30. The 12-year-old gelding is by Cassidee and out of the Puissance sired dam La Moette.

Winner of the last round in Cavan, Meath rider John Floody almost repeated this performance as he partnered Accidental Diamond to a clear in a time of 32.80.

Placed sixth in Jag Equestrian last week with Eskola M (EFI), Kilkenny’s Timmy Brennan added to his leaderboard tally when he took third place. This time riding the eight-year-old GSC Ita, he lodged a clear in 33.46. Timmy took home the leading young rider prize of the round.

Slotting into fourth place was Dublin rider Savannah Marshall, when she answered all the questions aboard Flambeau in a time of 33.73.Wexford’s Michelle Kenny took fifth spot, when she delivered a clear with Kingdom Come in 37.07.

Kildare rider Grace McHugh and Berlios Van De Kapel were last of the double clears in 37.17 for sixth place.
