THE Pegus Leinster Summer Tour moves to South County Dublin Show this weekend, taking place at Coilog Equestrian Center near Naas in Co Kildare.

A massive 114 horses and riders have declared for the 11th round of the series, which is sponsored by Pegus Horse Feed and Newbawn Farm. Dublin rider Gary Quinn was the winner last time out at Tattersalls and with only a handful of rounds remaining, the battle for the overall league title is reaching a crucial stage.
Kildare’s Nicola FitzGibbon and Castleforbes Paddington are the current leaders on 27 points, with James Hogg (Always On My Mind) and Jennifer Kuehnle (Chaitanga 2) in joint second place with 19 points apiece. Gary Quinn’s victory at Tattersalls has moved him into fourth place on 17 points.
South County Dublin Show will host a packed two day’s of top class show jumping starting on Saturday, with the Pegus LST  getting underway at 9,30am on Sunday, followed by the latest round of the TRM/Horseware Premier Series..
